1. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

   By accessing or utilizing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). If you do not agree with any of the terms contained within this Agreement, you must immediately terminate your use of our services.

2. Eligibility

   You acknowledge that certain activities on our premises, including but not limited to gaming machines and bingo, involve chance and risk of loss.    We reserve the right to exclude individuals from participation in our services at our discretion. If we have reason to believe that an individual has been excluded or is prohibited from accessing our services, we may deny them access and refuse to provide any further services.

   You acknowledge that we are committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding responsible gambling practices and to utilize the tools and resources provided by us for managing your play, including self-exclusion programs and reality-check messaging.

   We employ industry-standard security measures, including but not limited to encryption and firewalls, to protect user data during transmission. However, you acknowledge that no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure and that we cannot guarantee the confidentiality or integrity of any information transmitted through our services.

7. Game Fairness and RNG

   Our slot machines and electronic table games use hardware and software random number generators (RNGs) that are tested and certified by independent laboratories to ensure randomness and adherence to declared return-to-player rates.

8. Support Services

   We provide support services, including customer service team availability from 7 a.m. to midnight Pacific Time daily via telephone and live chat. However, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue our support services at any time without notice.

9. Change in Terms and Conditions

   We reserve the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after such modification, you agree to be bound by the new terms.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable thereto. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the Arbitration Act (BC) and the Canadian Commercial Arbitration Centre rules.

11. Entire Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

12. Waiver

    You acknowledge that a failure by us to enforce at any time any provision in these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or our rights under this Agreement.
